The Soundtrack to Your ’90s
Apropos of absolutely nothing — except for the fact that writer Kyle Anderson “stumbled across my new favorite blog on the Internet” about ’90s movies — EW.com asks readers to pick the most ’90s movie soundtrack of all time. Eh, we've got nothing better to do either.
Clueless is mentioned, and you can’t deny Coolio’s “Rollin’ with My Homies” and Jill Sobule’s “Supermodel,” but who didn’t wear out their Romeo + Juliet cassette with its “Lovefool” by the Cardigans, “Kissing You” by Des’ree, and “#1 Crush” by Garbage?
And although it’s technically not a movie soundtrack, we highly recommend 1994’s Melrose Place: The Music, a soapy blast from the past featuring “Here and Now” by Letters to Cleo, “That’s Just What You Are” by Aimee Mann, and “Ordinary Angels” by Frente! You’re welcome.
What was your ’90s soundtrack, homie?
