The Museum of Endangered Species

The Museum of Endangered Sounds was launched in Jan. 2012 — as was DLNQNT, but with a much more focused goal: to never forget the technology that brought us to the sleek, silent touch screens of today. 

Over the next 10 years, Brendan Chilcutt will continue collecting and transposing these nostalgic sounds of VCRs, dot matrix printers, and second generation cell ringtones.

Some of the sounds on there def made us swoon for the good old days. It also makes for a fun “guess that sound game” if you run out of things to talk about at the BBQ this weekend.
