Is That a Hot Dog In Your Pizza...

...or are you just hungry to see me? Following in the guilty grease marks of the pizza engagement package and pizza emergency button, Pizza Hut is now proudly stuffing their crusts with hot dogs in the U.K. 

We already know that wieners cause colorectal cancer, so why shouldn't they further contribute to the diabetes epidemic? More importantly, is there anything unhealthy that people won't forcefully insert into other unhealthy foods?

And if it weren't free, how much would a mustard drizzle be worth to you?
