Frances Conroy Confirmed for American Horror Story: Asylum

Fans of the first season of American Horror Story will be thrilled to hear Frances Conroy (Six Feet Under, Old Moira from the first season) is confirmed for the second season. She will be joining many of the cast members from season one, plus newcomers to the franchise Chloe Sevigny, Joseph Fiennes, Mark Consuelos (Mr. Kelly Ripa), and James Cromwell.

Fans of the second season may be disappointed to learn that Adam Levine (The Voice, Maroon 5) is somehow involved. New trailer after the jump.

Here’s hoping he has limited screen time — unless he becomes romantically involved with Zachary Quinto.
