DLNQNT Do or Die: Sept. 24 - Sept. 30

The top 10 things we’re living for this week. Get into it.

10. MUSIC: Push and Shove, No Doubt. How psyched are you about the new No Doubt comeback album, Push and Shove, which includes “Settle Down” and the title track?

9. MOVIE: Looper. Out Sept. 28, the time-traveling assassin sci-fi flick Looper stars a heavily made-up Joseph Gordon-Levitt and Bruce Willis as the same dude. We’re intrigued.

8. BLU-RAY/DVD: American Horror Story: The Complete First Season. Before the second season of the FX miniseries takes you inside a freaky asylum, catch up on the haunted first season when it’s released Sept. 25 on DVD and Blu-ray.

7. BLU-RAY/DVD: Freddie Mercury, The Great Pretender. On Blu-ray and DVD Sept. 25, this new documentary makes the most of largely unseen archive footage of interviews with Freddie Mercury, concerts, video shoots, and personal material, plus new interviews with Mercury’s friends and colleagues.

6. TV: Revenge. Tune in for Revenge’s Sept. 30 second season premiere to see Emily Thorne continue her delicious quest for revenge 20 years after the Hamptons’ weathiest elite destroyed her family.

5. MUSIC: Babel, Mumford & Sons. Get your Mumf on when the weirdly British Americana folk group puts out their second studio album, Babel, which includes must-download lead single “I Will Wait.”

4. TV: New Girl. Rest assured that Zooey Deschanel will still be adorkable when Fox’s funniest comedy, New Girl, returns Sept. 25 for a second season.

3. TV: Family Guy. Seth MacFarlane’s animated Fox comedy for geeks and stoners, Family Guy returns Sept. 30 for its 11th season.

2. TV: Modern Family. Even the Romneys love it — despite that pesky gay couple wanting equal rights. The Emmy-winning comedy Modern Family’s back Sept. 26 on ABC for a fourth season.

1. TV: Homeland. The little show about homeland security that sweeped the Emmys — congrats, Claire Danes and hot ginger Damian Lewis! — returns Sept. 30 on Showtime. Start watching Homeland and risk being turned immediately!
