We can thank Spanx for Oprah’s seemingly svelte moments, but Good Morning America recently ran an alarmist exposé on the possible perils of super-snug shapewear on teen girls, including bladder infections, gastro-intestinal problems, and nerve damage.

But if organ-squeezing is a main concern, Spanx for men can’t be healthy either.
